Arthur Frederick Richards, 1st Baron Milverton was born on 21 February 1885.1 He was the son of William Richards.2 He married Noelle Benda Whitehead, daughter of Charles Basil Whitehead and Ethel Maude Little, on 6 September 1927.1 He died on 27 October 1978 at age 93.1
