     Maredudd ap Philip ap Madog is the son of Philip ap Madog and Elen verch Gwilym.2 He married, firstly, Jonet verch Ieuab, daughter of Ieuab ap Llywelyn.1 He married, secondly, Gwerful verch Gronwy, daughter of Gronwy ap Ieuab.1
     He lived at Clisant, Llanwinio, Carmarthenshire, Wales.1 He was Bailiff itinerant of Carmarthen from 1423 to 1426.1 He was living in 1438/39.1

     He lived at Clisant, Llanwinio, Carmarthenshire, Wales.1 He held the office of Bailiff of Carmarthen from 1325 to 1326.1 He held the office of Bailiff of Carmarthen from 1417 to 1418.1 He held the office of Bailiff of Carmarthen from 1437 to 1438.1

     Sir Thomas Philipps was the son of Philip ap Maredugg and Jonet verch Jenkin.2 He married Joan Dwnn, daughter of Henry Dwnn, before October 1491.1 He died in 1520.1
     He held the office of Esquire of the Body to King Henry VII.1 He was appointed Knight in 1513.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Pembrokeshire in 1516.1 He lived at Picton, Pembrokeshire, Wales.1

     John Philipps was the son of Sir Thomas Philipps and Joan Dwnn.2 He married, secondly, Ann Voel, daughter of John Voel.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Griffith, daughter of Sir William Griffith and Jane Stradling, in 1480.1 He died on 14 November 1551.1
     He held the office of Sheriff of Pembrokeshire in 1542.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Carmarthenshire in 1544.3 He held the office of High Sheriff of Carmarthenshire in 1547.3 He lived at Picton, Slebech, Pembrokeshire, Wales.1
