Major Thomas Palmer1

     Major Thomas Palmer was born on 8 December 1832.1 He was the son of Reverend Henry Palmer and Elizabeth Heyrick.2 He married Harriet Elizabeth Dawson, daughter of Edward Dawson, on 20 September 1860.1 He died on 15 April 1929 at age 96.1
     He gained the rank of Honorary Major and Adjutant in the East Riding Volunteers Hull.1 He fought in the Crimean War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 47th Regiment.1 He was awarded the Crimean Medal and Clasps.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Herefordshire.1

Harriet Elizabeth Dawson1

     Harriet Elizabeth Dawson was the daughter of Edward Dawson.2 She married Major Thomas Palmer, son of Reverend Henry Palmer and Elizabeth Heyrick, on 20 September 1860.1 She died on 24 January 1912, without issue.1
     From 20 September 1860, her married name became Palmer.1

     Henry Wilson Sharpin was born on 31 October 1828 at Kirkee, Bombay, India.2 He was the son of Henry Sharpin and Mary Davies.2 He married, firstly, Edith Esther Nicolle, daughter of John Nicolle and Edith Elizabeth Noble, on 1 January 1856 at St. Paul's Church, Bedford, Bedfordshire, England.2 He married, secondly, Jane Haxby, daughter of Samuel Henry Haxby and Maria Hind, on 10 January 1903 at Christ Church, East Sheen, London, England.2 He died on 17 April 1908 at age 79 at 34 Sillwood Road, Brighton, Sussex, England.2
     He lived at Brighton, Sussex, England.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons (F.R.C.S.)1

     Eleanor Annie Sharpin was born in 1868.2 She was the daughter of Henry Wilson Sharpin and Edith Esther Nicolle.3,2 She married Major Frederick Charles Palmer, son of Major Herrick Augustus Palmer and Dorothy Susan Hazlerigg, on 15 September 1897.1 She died on 28 December 1941.1
     From 15 September 1897, her married name became Palmer.1
