Glasgow [U.K., 1903] on 22 December 1953.¹

     James Evans Sladen was born on 27 September 1878 at Salcombe, Devon, England.² He was the son of John Heath Sladen and Mary Helen Evans.² He married Louisa Elizabeth Helen Beckett, daughter of Philip Portland Beckett.² He died on 31 October 1946 at age 68 at Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.²

     From 12 April 1933, her married name became Primrose.¹

     Sir Alasdair Neil Primrose, 4th Bt. was born on 11 December 1935.¹ He was the son of Sir John Ure Primrose, 3rd Bt. and Enid Sladen.² He married Elaine Noreen Lowndes, daughter of Edward Cecil Lowndes, on 24 October 1958.¹ He died in 1986.^1,3
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Primrose, of Redholme, Dumbreck, Govan, co. Glasgow [U.K., 1903] in 1985.¹

     Edward Cecil Lowndes lived at Buenos Aires, Argentina.¹

     Sir John Ure Primrose, 5th Bt. was born on 28 May 1960.¹ He is the son of Sir Alasdair Neil Primrose, 4th Bt. and Elaine Noreen Lowndes.² He married Marion Cecilia Altgelt, daughter of Hans Otto Altgelt, in 1983.¹ He and Marion Cecilia Altgelt were divorced in 1987.¹
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Primrose, of Redholme, Dumbreck, Govan, co.
