Ella Maria Chapman1

     Ella Maria Chapman was born in 1832.2 She was the daughter of David Barclay Chapman and Maria Chatfield.3 She married Sir George Hector Leith-Buchanan, 4th Bt., son of Sir Alexander Wellesley William Leith, 3rd Bt. and Jemima Macdonald Buchanan, on 1 March 1856.1 She died on 11 February 1857.2
     From 1 March 1856, her married name became Leith.

Sir Alexander Wellesley George Thomas Leith-Buchanan, 5th Bt.1

     Sir Alexander Wellesley George Thomas Leith-Buchanan, 5th Bt. was born on 5 December 1866.1 He was the son of Sir George Hector Leith-Buchanan, 4th Bt. and Eliza Caroline Tod.2 He married Agnes Maude Mary Grant, daughter of Alexander Grant, on 19 January 1888.1 He died on 29 April 1925 at age 58.1
     He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the 9th Battalion, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Dunbartonshire.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Dunbartonshire.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Leith, of Burgh St. Peter, Norfolk [G.B., 1775] on 29 September 1903.1

     Agnes Maude Mary Grant was the daughter of Alexander Grant.2 She married Sir Alexander Wellesley George Thomas Leith-Buchanan, 5th Bt., son of Sir George Hector Leith-Buchanan, 4th Bt. and Eliza Caroline Tod, on 19 January 1888.1 She died on 22 February 1956.1
     From 19 January 1888, her married name became Leith-Buchanan.

     Sir George Hector Macdonald Leith-Buchanan, 6th Bt. was born on 30 January 1889.1 He was the son of Sir Alexander Wellesley George Thomas Leith-Buchanan, 5th Bt. and Agnes Maude Mary Grant.2 He married Barbara Leshure, daughter of Willard Phelps Leshure, on 16 September 1933.1 He died on 1 August 1973 at age 84, without male issue.1
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Leith, of Burgh St. Peter, Norfolk [G.B., 1775] on 29 April 1925.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Dunbartonshire in 1929.1

     From 16 September 1933, her married name became Leith-Buchanan.

     Helen Elizabeth Leith-Buchanan was the daughter of Sir George Hector Macdonald Leith-Buchanan, 6th Bt. and Barbara Leshure.2 She married Peter Michael Selfe, son of Cecil John Hunt Selfe, on 14 October 1967.1 She died on 4 May 2008.
     From 14 October 1967, her married name became Selfe. She lived in 2003 at Abermill Cottage, Gartocharn, Dunbartonshire, Scotland.1
