Arthur Donald Innes was born on 15 September 1863.1 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. James John McLeod Innes, V.C. and Lucy Jane Macpherson.2 He married Helen Pittis, daughter of Edward Arnold Pittis, on 13 August 1901.1 He died on 19 April 1938 at age 74.1

Neil McLeod Innes of Thursater was born on 17 November 1903.1 He was the son of Arthur Donald Innes and Helen Pittis.2 He married Nancy Audrey Stephens, daughter of James Temple Stephens, on 26 August 1931.1 He died in 1989.1
