     Thomas Weldon Trench was born on 11 February 1833.1 He was the son of Richard Trench and Elizabeth Susanna Townsend.1 He died on 15 August 1872 at age 39, unmarried.1

     John Townsend Trench was born on 17 February 1834.1 He was the son of Richard Trench and Elizabeth Susanna Townsend.1 He married, firstly, Agnes Merivale, daughter of Herman Merivale and Caroline Penelope Robinson, on 20 August 1870.1 He married, secondly, Leonora Wray, daughter of George Cecil Gore Wray and Charlotte Margaret Waller, on 25 April 1874.1 He died on 9 August 1909 at age 75.1

Agnes Merivale1

     Agnes Merivale was the daughter of Herman Merivale and Caroline Penelope Robinson.1,2 She married John Townsend Trench, son of Richard Trench and Elizabeth Susanna Townsend, on 20 August 1870.1 She died on 8 January 1872, without issue.1
     From 20 August 1870, her married name became Trench.1

     Herman Merivale was born on 8 November 1806 at Cockwood House, Dawlish, Devon, England.2 He was the son of John Herman Merivale and Louisa Heath Drury.2 He married Caroline Penelope Robinson, daughter of Reverend William Villiers Robinson and Anne Brooksbank, on 29 October 1834.3 He died on 8 February 1874 at age 67.
     He held the office of Under-Secretary for India.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He was Professor of Political Economy in 1837 at Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2

     Hon. John Patrick Ramsay was born on 9 August 1952.1 He is the son of Simon Ramsay, 16th Earl of Dalhousie and Margaret Elizabeth Mary Stirling.1 He married Louisa Jane d'Abo, daughter of Robert Erland Nicholai d'Abo and Lady Ursula Isabel Manners, on 25 July 1981.1

     Lady Elizabeth Anne Ramsay was born on 16 September 1941.1 She is the daughter of Simon Ramsay, 16th Earl of Dalhousie and Margaret Elizabeth Mary Stirling.1 She married Richard Aldred Lumley, 12th Earl of Scarbrough, son of Lawrence Roger Lumley, 11th Earl of Scarbrough and Katherine Isobel McEwen, on 9 July 1970.3
     After her marriage, Lady Elizabeth Anne Ramsay was styled as Countess of Scarbrough on 9 July 1970. From 9 July 1970, her married name became Lumley. She held the office of Lady of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother between 1994 and 2002.3 She was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 2002.3 She lived in 2003 at Sandbeck Park, Maltby, Rotherham, Yorkshire, West Riding, EnglandG.1

     Leonora Wray was the daughter of George Cecil Gore Wray and Charlotte Margaret Waller.1 She married John Townsend Trench, son of Richard Trench and Elizabeth Susanna Townsend, on 25 April 1874.1 She died on 19 December 1902.1
     From 25 April 1874, her married name became Trench.1
