     Charles William Curtis was born on 13 January 1824 at Marylebone, London, EnglandG.2,3 He was the son of Charles Berwick Curtis and Henrietta Pearson.4 He married Henrietta Francisca Robinson, daughter of William R. Robinson, on 15 June 1850.1 He died on 5 May 1905 at age 81.1
     He lived in 1881 at Everleigh, Wiltshire, EnglandG.2,3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Wiltshire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent.1 He lived at Kearsney Abbey, Dover, Kent, EnglandG.1

     Henrietta Francisca Robinson was the daughter of William R. Robinson.2 She married Charles William Curtis, son of Charles Berwick Curtis and Henrietta Pearson, on 15 June 1850.1 She died on 18 May 1914.1
     From 15 June 1850, her married name became Curtis.

Colonel Charles Herbert Curtis1

     Colonel Charles Herbert Curtis was born on 15 March 1852.1 He was the son of Charles William Curtis and Henrietta Francisca Robinson.2 He married Frances Edith Pinckney, daughter of Captain P. Pinckney, on 29 April 1879.1 He died on 15 September 1939 at age 87.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and Honorary Colonel in the 4th Battalion, East Surrey Regiment.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Middlesex.1
