     Mary Pirrie was the daughter of John Pirrie.² She married Brooke Cunliffe, son of Sir Foster Cunliffe, 3rd Bt. and Harriet Kinloch, in 1814.¹ She died on 11 September 1825.¹
     From 1814, her married name became Cunliffe.

     Brooke Cunliffe was born on 6 September 1815.¹ He was the son of Brooke Cunliffe and Mary Pirrie.² He married Diana Wentworth Stewart, daughter of Stair Hathorn Stewart, on 12 May 1847.¹ He died in 1897.¹

     Stair Hathorn Stewart lived at Glasserton, Wigtownshire, Scotland^G.¹ He lived at Physgill, Wigtownshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Diana Wentworth Stewart was the daughter of Stair Hathorn Stewart.² She married Brooke Cunliffe, son of Brooke Cunliffe and Mary Pirrie, on 12 May 1847.¹ She died in 1897.¹
     From 12 May 1847, her married name became Cunliffe.

     Brooke Stewart Cunliffe was born on 12 June 1848.¹ He was the son of Brooke Cunliffe and Diana Wentworth Stewart.² He married Grace Amey Gordon, daughter of Thomas Gordon, in 1883.¹ He died on 23 April 1936 at age 87.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 93rd Highlanders.¹ He held the office of Chief Constable of Wigtownshire.¹

     Grace Amey Gordon was the daughter of Thomas Gordon.² She married Brooke Stewart Cunliffe, son of Brooke Cunliffe and Diana Wentworth Stewart, in 1883.¹ She died on 1 May 1914.¹
     From 1883, her married name became Cunliffe.

     Brooke Foster Gordon Cunliffe was born in 1889.¹ He was the son of Brooke Stewart Cunliffe and Grace Amey Gordon.² He married Catherine Hay Peake, daughter of Colonel H. R. Peake, on 1 March 1921.¹ He died in 1981.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Scottish Horse Yeomanry and Royal Air Force.¹
