     He purchased Llanerchrugog estate in Wales in 1884.² His last will was dated 12 July 1905.²

     Anne Webb was baptised on 12 August 1610 at St. Martin's, Chichester, Sussex, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Webb.¹ She married Sir Henry Wood, 1st Bt., son of Thomas Wood and Susanna Cranmer, on 7 April 1630 at St. James's Church, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, England^G.¹ She died on 9 June 1648 at age 37.¹
