     Wilhelminia Emily Law was the daughter of Mathew Law.¹ She married Leopold James Henry Grey, son of Rt. Rev. Hon. Edward Grey and Charlotte Elizabeth Croft, on 29 July 1839.¹ She died on 19 January 1842.¹
     From 29 July 1839, her married name became Grey.¹

     Emily Maria Costley was the daughter of General William Robert Clayton Costley and Ellen McCarthy.¹ She married Leopold James Henry Grey, son of Rt. Rev. Hon. Edward Grey and Charlotte Elizabeth Croft, on 14 November 1842 at Calcutta, Bengal, India.^1,2 She died on 15 January 1866.¹
     From 14 November 1842, her married name became Grey.¹

     General William Robert Clayton Costley was born in 1778 at County Dublin, Ireland.¹ He married Ellen McCarthy.² He died on 16 September 1866 at Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹

     Colonel Leopold John Herbert Grey was born on 1 July 1840.¹ He was the son of Leopold James Henry Grey and Wilhelminia Emily Law.¹ He married Josephine Catherine Van Cortlandt, daughter of General Henry Charles Van Cortlandt, on 12 May 1864.¹ He died in 1921.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Indian Army.¹ He fought in the Indian Mutiny.¹ He fought in the Bhutan Expedition.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Star of India (C.S.I.) in 1877.¹

     Josephine Catherine Van Cortlandt was born on 29 December 1842 at Lahore, India^G.² She was the daughter of General Henry Charles Van Cortlandt.¹ She married Colonel Leopold John Herbert Grey, son of Leopold James Henry Grey and Wilhelminia Emily Law, on 12 May 1864.¹ She died on 16 August 1915 at age 72.¹
     From 12 May 1864, her married name became Grey.¹

     General Henry Charles Van Cortlandt was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹

     Frederick William Grey was born on 7 April 1873 at London, England^G.^1,2 He was the son of Colonel Leopold John Herbert Grey and Josephine Catherine Van Cortlandt.¹ He married, firstly, Agnes Annie Gow, daughter of Peter Gow, in 1892.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Harriet Molsaint, daughter of Edward Molsaint, on 13 September 1919.³

     Agnes Annie Gow was the daughter of Peter Gow.¹ She married Frederick William Grey, son of Colonel Leopold John Herbert Grey and Josephine Catherine Van Cortlandt, in 1892.¹ She died in 1917.¹
     From 1892, her married name became Grey.¹

     Peter Gow held the office of Sheriff of Wellington, Ontario.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹
