Henry Guinness1

     Henry Guinness was born on 16 March 1829.2 He was the son of Robert Rundell Guinness and Mary Anne Seymour.3 He married Emmelina Brown, daughter of James Brown, on 11 February 1858.2 He died on 30 December 1893 at age 64.1
     He was a partner of Guinness Mahon in 1850.1 He lived at Burton Hall, Stillorgan, County Dublin, IrelandG.1

Emmelina Brown1

     Emmelina Brown was the daughter of James Brown.2 She married Henry Guinness, son of Robert Rundell Guinness and Mary Anne Seymour, on 11 February 1858.3 She died on 4 October 1906.3
     She lived Edinburgh.3 From 11 February 1858, her married name became Guinness.

Henry Seymour Guinness1

     Henry Seymour Guinness was born on 24 November 1858.1 He was the son of Henry Guinness and Emmelina Brown.2 He married Mary Middleton Bainbridge, daughter of Robert Stagg Bainbridge, on 20 November 1900.1 He died on 4 April 1945 at age 86.1
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, EnglandG.1 He was (an unknown value) at Royal Indian Engineering College, Cooper's Hill, Surrey, EnglandG.1 He was an engineer with the Public Works Department between 1880 and 1895 at IndiaG.1 He fought in the Burma War in 1884.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1884 in the Burma State Railway Volunteer Rifles.1 He was registered as a Associate Member, Institution of Civil Engineers (A.M.I.C.E.)
in 1894.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Dublin in 1899.1 He was a director of the Great Northern Railway Ireland between 1902 and 1924.1 He was a director of the Bank of Ireland between 1910 and 1924.3 He held the office of Senator [Irish Free State] between 1922 and 1934.1 He was assistant managing director of Arthur Guinness, Son & Company between 1924 and 1930.1 He lived at Burton Hall, Stillorgan, County Dublin, IrelandG.1 He wrote the book The Guinness Family, published 1953, with Brian Guinness.1

     From 29 November 1923, her married name became Hills. She lived in 1976 at Penshurst Station, Kent, England.2
