     Thomas Palliser was born in 1661.1 He was the son of John Palliser and Ursula Bethell.2 He married Katherine Wogan, daughter of William Wogan.1 He died in November 1756.1
     He held the office of High Sheriff of County Wexford in 1700.1 In September 1702 he was granted The Great Island in County Wexford, by the 2nd Duke of Wexford.1 He lived at Portobello, County Wexford, IrelandG.1
