Reverend James Reid Dill1

     Reverend James Reid Dill was born on 14 August 1814.1 He was the son of Moses Dill and Isabella Reid.2,1 He married Sarah Scott, daughter of James Scott, in 1839.1 He died on 31 August 1896 at age 82.1
     He graduated from Glasgow University, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, ScotlandG, in 1832 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was the Minister between 1835 and 1896 at Dromore, County Tyrone, IrelandG.1 He wrote the book The Dill Worthies.1 He wrote the book Autobiography of a Country Parson.1

     Sarah Scott is the daughter of James Scott.1 She married, firstly, Andrew Sproule.1 She married, secondly, Reverend James Reid Dill, son of Moses Dill and Isabella Reid, in 1839.1
     Her married name became Sproule.1 From 1839, her married name became Dill.
