     Teresa O'Flanagan was the daughter of James O'Flanagan.1 She married Darby Daly, son of Dermot O'Daly.1 She died in 1817.1
     Her married name became Daly.

     He lived at Daly's Grove, County Galway, IrelandG.1 He lived at Ballylee Castle, IrelandG.1

     Elinor Foster married Francis Daly, son of Darby Daly and Teresa O'Flanagan, on 1 November 1786.1
     From 1 November 1786, her married name became Daly.1

Lt.-Col. Francis Dermot Daly1

     Lt.-Col. Francis Dermot Daly was the son of Francis Daly and Elinor Foster.2 He married, firstly, Mary McIntosh, daughter of Captain Hugh McIntosh.1 He married, secondly, Sarah Bidgood, daughter of Henry Fisher Bidgood.2 He died in 1857.2
     He fought in the Peninsular Wars.1 He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the 4th Light Dragoons between 1842 and 1846.1

General Sir Henry Daly
     General Sir Henry Dermot Daly was born on 25 October 1823.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Francis Dermot Daly and Mary McIntosh.2 He married, firstly, Susan Elizabeth Ellen Kirkpatrick, daughter of Edward Kirkpatrick, on 21 October 1852.1 He married, secondly, Charlotte Claudine Georgina Coape, daughter of James Coape, in 1882.2 He died on 21 July 1895 at age 71.2
     He fought in the Punjab Campaign.1 He fought in the Indian Mutiny.1 He was Governor-General's Agent, Central India between 1870 and 1881.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1875.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.) in 1880.1 He gained the rank of General in the Bombay Staff Corps.1 He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.) in 1889.1
