Samuel Clarke was the son of Reverend Marshal Clarke and Elizabeth Hare.2 He died in 1811 at IndiaG, from a fever, unmarried.3
He was commissioned in 1809.1 He fought in the Peninsular Wars.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 47th Regiment.1

Caroline Susan Goold was the daughter of Thomas Gould.1 She married Sir Robert Gore-Booth, 4th Bt., son of Sir Robert Newcomen Gore-Booth, 3rd Bt. and Hannah Irwin, on 2 April 1830.1 She died on 16 January 1855.1

Reverend Marshal Banner Clarke was born in 1831.1 He was the son of Robert Hare Clarke and Sarah Jane Banner.2 He married Louisa Maria Humphreys, daughter of Daniel Humphreys and Anne Harrison Kenah, in 1858.1 He died on 19 March 1892.1
