Agnes Bowman was born on 6 September 1849.2 She was the daughter of Sir William Bowman, 1st Bt. and Harriet Paget.3 She married, firstly, John William Conyers Merriman in 1876.1 She married, secondly, Reverend Earle Augustus Langston on 14 May 1892.1 She died on 30 August 1893 at age 43.1

Sir William Paget-Bowman, 2nd Bt. was born on 25 September 1845.1 He was the son of Sir William Bowman, 1st Bt. and Harriet Paget.2 He married Emily Frances Swabey, daughter of William Swabey, on 9 August 1870.1 He died on 7 January 1917 at age 71.2
He was given the name of William Bowman at birth.1 He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 His name was legally changed to William Paget-Bowman.1 He was a practising barrister.1 He was a director of the Clergy Mutual Assurance Society.1 He was Registrar of the Corporation of Sons of Clergy.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Bowman, of Holmbury St. Mary, co.
