     Mary Raymond Connell is the daughter of Sir Charles Connell.1 She married David Bernard Montgomery, 2nd Viscount Montgomery of Alamein, son of Field Marshal Bernard Law Montgomery, 1st Viscount Montgomery of Alamein and Elizabeth Adah Noel Hobart, on 27 February 1953.1 She and David Bernard Montgomery, 2nd Viscount Montgomery of Alamein were divorced in 1967.1
     From 27 February 1953, her married name became Montgomery.1

     Tessa Browning is the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir Frederick Arthur Montague Browning and Daphne du Maurier.1 She married, firstly, Major Peter Paul John de Zulueta, son of Don Pedro Juan Maria de Zulueta and Dora Frances Emblin Marshall, before 1970.1 She married, secondly, David Bernard Montgomery, 2nd Viscount Montgomery of Alamein, son of Field Marshal Bernard Law Montgomery, 1st Viscount Montgomery of Alamein and Elizabeth Adah Noel Hobart, on 30 January 1970.1
     From before 1970, her married name became du Zulueta.1 From 30 January 1970, her married name became Montgomery.1 After her marriage, Tessa Browning was styled as Viscountess Montgomery of Alamein on 24 March 1976.

     Daphne du Maurier was born in 1907. She was the daughter of Sir Gerald du Maurier.2 She married Lt.-Gen. Sir Frederick Arthur Montague Browning, son of Frederick Henry Browning and Anne Alt, on 19 July 1932 at Church of St. Willow, Lanteglos-by-Fowey, Cornwall, England.1,3 She died in 1989.
     She was an author. From 19 July 1932, her married name became Browning.1 She wrote the book Jamaica Inn, published 1936.4 She wrote the book Rebecca, published 1938.4 She was appointed Dame Commander, Order of the British Empire (D.B.E.) in 1967. She wrote the book Growing Pains, published 1977.4

     Major Peter Paul John de Zulueta is the son of Don Pedro Juan Maria de Zulueta and Dora Frances Emblin Marshall.3 He married Tessa Browning, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir Frederick Arthur Montague Browning and Daphne du Maurier, before 1970.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the Welsh Guards.2

     Henry David Montgomery, 3rd Viscount Montgomery of Alamein was born on 2 April 1954.1 He is the son of David Bernard Montgomery, 2nd Viscount Montgomery of Alamein and Mary Raymond Connell.1 He married Caroline Jane Odey, daughter of George Richard Odey and Janet Carver, on 21 June 1980.1
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.2 He was educated at Seale Hayne Agricultural College, Newton Abbot, Devon, EnglandG.2 He lived in 2003 at The Manor House, All Stretton, Shropshire, England.2 He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Montgomery of Alamein, of Hindhead, co. Surrey [U.K., 1946] on 8 January 2020.3
