Thomas Howard, 3rd Earl of Effingham1

     Thomas Howard, 3rd Earl of Effingham was born on 13 January 1746.1 He was the son of Thomas Howard, 2nd Earl of Effingham and Elizabeth Beckford.1 He married Catherine Proctor, daughter of Metcalfe Proctor, on 14 October 1765.1 He died on 19 November 1791 at age 45, without issue.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Earl of Effingham, co. Surrey [G.B., 1731] on 19 November 1763.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baron Howard of Effingham, co. Surrey [E., 1554] on 19 November 1763.1 He held the office of Deputy Earl Marshal.1

Richard Howard, 4th Earl of Effingham1

     Richard Howard, 4th Earl of Effingham was born on 21 February 1747/48.1 He was the son of Thomas Howard, 2nd Earl of Effingham and Elizabeth Beckford.1 He married Harriet Elizabeth March, daughter of John March and Mary Phillipps, on 14 June 1785.1 He died on 10 December 1816 at age 68, without issue.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Effingham [G.B., 1731] on 19 November 1791.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baron Howard of Effingham, co. Surrey [E., 1554] on 19 November 1791.1 On his death, his earldom became extinct.1

     Neil Primrose, 3rd Earl of Rosebery was born in 1729.1 He was the son of James Primrose, 2nd Earl of Rosebery and Mary Campbell.1 He married, firstly, Susan Ward, daughter of Sir Edward Ward, 5th Bt., on 19 May 1764.1 He married, secondly, Mary Vincent, daughter of Sir Francis Vincent, 7th Bt. and Mary Howard, on 17 July 1775.1 He died on 25 March 1814.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Lord Primrose and Dalmeny [S., 1700] on 26 November 1755.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Primrose, of Carrington [N.S., 1631] on 26 November 1755.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount of Rosebery [S., 1700] on 26 November 1755.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Earl of Rosebery [S., 1703] on 26 November 1755.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount of Inverkeithing [S., 1703] on 26 November 1755.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Lord Dalmeny and Primrose [S., 1703] on 26 November 1755.1 He was appointed Representative Peer [Scotland] in 1768.1 He was a merchant at London, England.1 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Thistle (K.T.) in 1771.1 He was appointed Representative Peer [Scotland] in 1774.1 He was appointed Representative Peer [Scotland] in 1780.1

     Susan Ward was the daughter of Sir Edward Ward, 5th Bt.1 She married Neil Primrose, 3rd Earl of Rosebery, son of James Primrose, 2nd Earl of Rosebery and Mary Campbell, on 19 May 1764.1 She died on 20 August 1771, without issue.1
     After her marriage, Susan Ward was styled as Countess of Rosebery on 19 May 1764. From 19 May 1764, her married name became Primrose.

     Mary Vincent was the daughter of Sir Francis Vincent, 7th Bt. and Mary Howard.1 She married Neil Primrose, 3rd Earl of Rosebery, son of James Primrose, 2nd Earl of Rosebery and Mary Campbell, on 17 July 1775.2 She died on 9 March 1823.2
     After her marriage, Mary Vincent was styled as Countess of Rosebery on 17 July 1775. From 17 July 1775, her married name became Primrose.

Isabella van Nassau-Beverweert1

Isabella, Countess of Arlington 2
     Isabella van Nassau-Beverweert was born on 28 December 1633.3,4 She was the daughter of Louis de Nassau, Herr van der Leck and Beverwaerde and Countess Isabella of Hornes.3 She married Henry Bennet, 1st Earl of Arlington, son of Sir John Bennet and Dorothy Crofts, on 16 April 1666 at Moor Park, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.3,5 She died on 18 January 1717/18 at age 84.3 She was buried on 25 January 1717/18 at Euston, Suffolk, EnglandG.3
     She was also known as Elizabeth.4 From 16 April 1666, her married name became Bennet.3 After her marriage, Isabella van Nassau-Beverweert was styled as Countess of Arlington on 22 April 1672.

     Lady Charlotte Primrose was born circa 1776. She was the daughter of Neil Primrose, 3rd Earl of Rosebery and Mary Vincent.1,2 She married, firstly, General Kenneth Alexander Howard, 1st Earl of Effingham, son of Henry Howard and Maria Mackenzie, on 27 May 1800.3 She married, secondly, Thomas Holmes on 30 April 1858.3 She died on 17 September 1864.3
     Her married name became Howard. After her marriage, Lady Charlotte Primrose was styled as Baroness Howard of Effingham on 10 December 1816. After her marriage, Lady Charlotte Primrose was styled as Countess of Effingham on 27 January 1837. From 30 April 1858, her married name became Holmes.3

     Lady Sibell Lygon was born on 10 October 1907.1 She was the daughter of William Lygon, 7th Earl Beauchamp and Lady Lettice Mary Elizabeth Grosvenor.1 She married Michael Richard Bernard Rowley, son of George Francis Richard Rowley and Violet Mary Nelson, on 11 February 1939.1 She died on 31 October 2005 at age 98.2
     Her married name became Rowley. She was Master of Foxhounds with the Ledbury Hunt circa 1955.2

     Michael Richard Bernard Rowley was born circa 1915. He was the son of George Francis Richard Rowley and Violet Mary Nelson. He married Lady Sibell Lygon, daughter of William Lygon, 7th Earl Beauchamp and Lady Lettice Mary Elizabeth Grosvenor, on 11 February 1939.1 He died on 19 September 1952.1
     He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force.2
