Major Latham Blacker was born on 16 November 1765 at Rathescar, County Louth, Ireland.1,2 He was the son of Latham Blacker and Martha Beaver.1 He married Catherine Madisson, daughter of Lt.-Col. George Madisson and Mary Baugh, on 21 March 1796 at Louth, Lincolnshire, England.1,3 He died in June 1846 at age 80 at Upton on Severn, Worcestershire, England.2
