     Frances Newton was the daughter of John Newton.2 She married Sir John Poyntz, son of Sir Nicholas Poyntz and Anne Verney.1 She died circa October 1599.2 She was buried on 1 November 1599.2
     Her married name became Poyntz.1

Nicholas Poyntz1

     Nicholas Poyntz was born circa 1607.1 He was the son of Sir John Poyntz and Grissell Roberts.2 He married Eleanor Davis, daughter of Rice Davis, in 1638.1 He died on 11 February 1650/51.1
     He was educated at Magdalen Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1

     Eleanor Davis is the daughter of Rice Davis.1 She married Nicholas Poyntz, son of Sir John Poyntz and Grissell Roberts, in 1638.1
     From 1638, her married name became Poyntz.1
