     Sir Frederick Francis Baker, 2nd Bt. was born on 13 May 1772 at Jermyn Street, London, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir George Baker, 1st Bt. and Jane Morris.1 He was baptised on 17 June 1772 at St. James's, Westminster, London, EnglandG.1 He married Harriet Simeon, daughter of Sir John Simeon, 1st Bt. and Rebecca Cornwall, in July 1814.2 He died on 1 October 1830 at age 58 at Hastings, Sussex, EnglandG, from a blow from a blade of a windmill.1
     Devon.2 He lived Loventor.2 He matriculated at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 4 February 1791.1 He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1792 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1796 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.)1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Baker, of Loventor in Totnes, Devon [G.B., 1776] on 15 June 1809.1

     Harriet Simeon was the daughter of Sir John Simeon, 1st Bt. and Rebecca Cornwall.1 She married Sir Frederick Francis Baker, 2nd Bt., son of Sir George Baker, 1st Bt. and Jane Morris, in July 1814.2 She died on 15 November 1845 at Wilton Crescent, London, EnglandG.1
     From July 1814, her married name became Baker.1

     Sir John Simeon, 1st Bt. was born in 1756. He married Rebecca Cornwall, daughter of John Cornwall.2 He died on 4 February 1824.3
     He held the office of Senior Master of Chancery.2 He was created 1st Baronet Simeon, of Grazeley, Berkshire [U.K.] on 22 May 1815.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)2
