Jane Garrard1

     Jane Garrard was the daughter of Sir John Garrard, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Barkham.1 She married Sir Justinian Isham, 2nd Bt., son of Sir John Isham, 1st Bt. and Judith Lewin, on 10 November 1634.2 She died on 4 March 1638.2
     From 10 November 1634, her married name became Isham.1

     Sir John Garrard, 1st Bt. married Elizabeth Barkham, daughter of Sir Edward Barkham and Jane Crouch.
     He was created 1st Baronet Garrard in 1622.1

Sir Justinian Isham, 2nd Bt.

     Sir Justinian Isham, 2nd Bt. was born on 20 January 1610/11.3 He was the son of Sir John Isham, 1st Bt. and Judith Lewin.4 He married, firstly, Jane Garrard, daughter of Sir John Garrard, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Barkham, on 10 November 1634.3 He married, secondly, Hon. Vere Leigh, daughter of Thomas Leigh, 1st Baron Leigh of Stoneleigh and Mary Egerton, in 1653.4 He died on 2 March 1675 at age 64.
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Isham, of Lamport, co. Northampton [E., 1627] on 8 July 1651.1 He was a royalist in the Civil War, as his father was, and was consequently heavily fined during the Interregnum.3 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Northamptonshire between 1661 and 1675.3

Elizabeth Isham1

     Elizabeth Isham was the daughter of Sir Justinian Isham, 2nd Bt. and Jane Garrard.1 She married Sir Nicholas le Strange, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Nicholas le Strange, 1st Bt. and Ann Lewkenor, on 16 October 1662 at Stowlangtoft, Suffolk, EnglandG.1 She died circa August 1689.2 She was buried on 6 August 1689.2
     From 16 October 1662, her married name became le Strange.1

Sir Edmund Aleyn, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir Edmund Aleyn, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1632.2 He was the son of Edmund Aleyn and Mary Miller.2 He married Frances Gent, daughter of Thomas Gent, on 1 May 1651 at St. Gile's-in-the-Fields Church, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 2 November 1656, without male issue.2 He was buried at Hatfield Church, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Aleyn, of Hatfield, co. Essex [E., 1629] in November 1638.1

Frances Gent1

     Frances Gent was born in 1636.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Gent.1 She married Sir Edmund Aleyn, 2nd Bt., son of Edmund Aleyn and Mary Miller, on 1 May 1651 at St. Gile's-in-the-Fields Church, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 16 January 1657.1 She was buried at Hatfield Church, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1 Her will (dated 15 January 1657) was proven (by probate) on 1 February 1657/58.1
     From 1 May 1651, her married name became Aleyn.1

     Sir Edmund Aleyn, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Edmund Aleyn, 2nd Bt. and Frances Gent.1 He died after 1656, young.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Aleyn, of Hatfield, co. Essex [E., 1629] on 2 November 1656.1

     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Aleyn, of Hatfield, co. Essex [E., 1629] circa 1657, and then 'of Little Leighs, co. Essex.1'
