     Lady Sibyl Montagu was born in 1330 at Donyatt, Somerset, England^G.² She was the daughter of William Montagu, 1st Earl of Salisbury and Catherine Grandison.^1,2 She married Sir Edmund FitzAlan, son of Richard FitzAlan, 3rd/10th Earl of Arundel and Isabel le Despenser, before July 1349.¹
     From before July 1349, her married name became FitzAlan.¹

     Elizabeth FitzAlan was the daughter of Sir Edmund FitzAlan and Lady Sibyl Montagu.³ She married, firstly, Sir Leonard Carew, son of Sir John Carew and Margaret Mohun.³ She married, secondly, Sir John de Meriet, son of Sir John de Meriet and Eleanor Beauchamp, circa 1373.² She died in 1385/86.²
     Her married name became Carew. She was also known as Alice FitzAlan.⁴ From circa 1373, her married name became Meryett.²

     Sir Leonard Carew was born in 1342.¹ He was the son of Sir John Carew and Margaret Mohun.² He married Elizabeth FitzAlan, daughter of Sir Edmund FitzAlan and Lady Sibyl Montagu.¹ He died in 1370.¹
     He lived at Moulsford, Oxfordshire, England^G.³ He lived at Odrone, Ireland^G.³ He lived at Carew Castle, Pembrokeshire, Wales^G.³

     Philippe FitzAlan was born in 1352 at Arundel, Sussex, England^G.² She was the daughter of Sir Edmund FitzAlan and Lady Sibyl Montagu.^1,3 She married, secondly, Sir John Cornwall.⁴ She married, firstly, Sir Richard Sergeaux in 1373 at Arundel, Sussex, England^G.² She died on 13 September 1399 at Sussex, England^G.²
     Her married name became Cornwall.⁴ From 1373, her married name became Sergeaux.¹

     Sir Richard Sergeaux was born in 1346 at Colquite Manor, Bodwin, Cornwall, England^G.² He married Philippe FitzAlan, daughter of Sir Edmund FitzAlan and Lady Sibyl Montagu, in 1373 at Arundel, Sussex, England^G.² He died on 30 September 1393.¹
     He was appointed Knight.²

     Beatrice de Aviz was born illegitmately, although probably legitimated later before 1395.¹ She was the daughter of João I de Aviz, Rei de Portugal and Inez Perez.¹ She married, firstly, Thomas Fitzalan, 5th/12th Earl of Arundel, son of Richard FitzAlan, 4th/11th Earl of Arundel and Lady Elizabeth de Bohun, on 26 November 1405 at Lambeth, London, England^G, in the presence of the court.² She married, secondly, John de Holand, 1st Duke of Exeter, son of John de Holand, 1st Duke of Exeter and Elizabeth Plantagenet, on 20 January 1432/33.¹ She died on 23 October 1439 at Bordeaux, France^G, without issue.¹ She was buried at Arundel Castle, Arundel, Sussex, England^G.¹
     After her marriage, Beatrice de Aviz was styled as Countess of Arundel on 26 November 1405. From 26 November 1405, her married name became Fitzalan.¹ She was naturalized as a as an English subject in 1421.¹ From 20 January 1432/33, her married name became Holand.¹

     Emma Page Josephine Birkin was born in 1879 at Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Strover Birkin and Emma Page.¹ She married William Frederick Whetstone, son of William Whetstone and Sarah Ann Hollier, in 1906 at Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England.¹
     From 1906, her married name became Whetstone.¹

     Inez Perez is the daughter of Pedro Esteres.³

     Elizabeth Despenser was the daughter of Edward le Despenser, 1st Lord le Despenser and Elizabeth Burghersh.^1,2 She married, firstly, John d'Arundel, son of John d'Arundel, 1st Lord Arundel and Eleanor Mautravers, Baroness Mautravers, before 1385.^2,3 She married, secondly, William la Zouche, 3rd Baron Zouche (of Haryngworth), son of William la Zouche, 2nd Baron Zouche (of Haryngworth) and Elizabeth de Ros, after 28 April 1393.^2,4 She died on 10 April 1408 or 11 April 1408.²
     Her last will was dated 4 April 1408 desiring to be buried in Tewkesbury Abbey.²

     Edward le Despenser, 1st Lord le Despenser was born on 24 March 1335/36.² He was the son of Sir Edward le Despenser and Anne de Ferrers.² He married Elizabeth Burghersh, daughter of Bartholomew Burghersh, 2nd Lord Burghersh and Cicely Weyland, before 2 August 1354.³ He died on 11 November 1375 at age 39.²
     He fought in the Battle of Poitiers in 1356.² He was created 1st Lord le Despenser [England by writ] on 15 December 1357.² He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) in 1361.² He was Constable of the English Army in an invasion of France from 1373 to 1374.²
