     He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1940.1

     She was appointed Supreme Lady Protectress, Order of the Starry Cross.4 She was appointed Dame Grand Cross, Sovereign Order of Malta.4 She was appointed Grand Mistress, Order of Elisabeth.4
