John l'Arcedekne, 2nd Lord Arcedekne1

     John l'Arcedekne, 2nd Lord Arcedekne was born before 1306.1 He was the son of Thomas l'Arcedekne, 1st Lord Arcedekne.1 He married Cecily Haccombe, daughter of Jordan Haccombe and Isabel de St. Aubin, on 23 December 1327, by Papal dispensation (within four degrees of consanguinity.)1 He died between 30 October 1371 and 21 December 1377.1,2 His will was proven (by probate) on 27 January 1390/91 at Clyst, Devon, EnglandG.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Arcedekne [E., 1321] in 1331.3 He fought in the French Wars in 1345.1 On 6 November 1351 he was pardoned.1 On 26 May 1352 he was again pardoned, after having excaped from Launceston Castle.1

     Cecily Haccombe was the daughter of Jordan Haccombe and Isabel de St. Aubin.1 She married John l'Arcedekne, 2nd Lord Arcedekne, son of Thomas l'Arcedekne, 1st Lord Arcedekne, on 23 December 1327, by Papal dispensation (within four degrees of consanguinity.)1 She died after 1365.1
     From 23 December 1327, her married name became l'Arcedekne.1
