     Katharine Cromwell was the daughter of Henry Cromwell, 2nd Baron Cromwell and Lady Mary Paulet.1 She married Sir Lionel Tollemache, 1st Bt., son of Lionel Tollemache and Susanna Jermyn, on 10 February 1580/81 at North Elmham, Suffolk, EnglandG.1 She died on 24 March 1620.1
     From 10 February 1580/81, her married name became Tollemache.1

     Cecil Bowyer was born circa 1684.1 He was the son of Sir William Bowyer, 2nd Bt. and Lady Frances Cecil.1 He married Juliana Parker, daughter of Richard Parker and Sarah Chilcot, on 22 July 1707 at St. Paul's Cathedral, London, EnglandG.2 He died on 5 December 1720.1

Sir William Bowyer, 1st Bt.1

     Sir William Bowyer, 1st Bt. was baptised on 29 June 1612 at St. Olave's, Hart Street, London, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Bowyer and Anne Salter.1 He married Margaret Weld, daughter of Sir John Weld and Frances Whitmore, on 29 May 1634 at St. Olave's Old Jewry, London, EnglandG.2 He died on 2 October 1679 at age 67.1 He was buried at Denham, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered on 23 July 1683.1
     He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn on 14 April 1630.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Buckinghamshire from 1646 to 1647.1 He helped the poet Dryden translate Virgil.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Buckinghamshire between 1659 and 1660.1 He was appointed Knight after April 1660.1 He was created 1st Baronet Bowyer, of Denham, co. Bucks [England] on 25 June 1660.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Buckinghamshire between 1661 and 1679.1
     According to Cokayne, "he had considerable literary knowledge, and is said to have assisted Dryden (who frequently stayed at Denham) in his translation of Virgil."1
