Sir Mark Milbanke, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1660.1 He was the son of Sir Marke Milbanke, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Acclome.1,2 He married Jane Carr, daughter of Sir Ralph Carr and Jane Anderson, on 3 February 1680 at Houghton-le-Spring, County Durham, EnglandG.1 He died in May 1698.1
He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Milbanke, of Halnaby, co. York [E., 1661] in 1680.
