     Dinah Amabella Quintal was born on 22 January 1859 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ She was the daughter of Nathaniel Quintal and Louisa Victoria Rose Quintal.¹ She married Matthew Frederick Howard Christian, son of Charles Christian and Charlotte Quintal, on 12 December 1878 at Norfolk Island^G.² She died on 11 May 1953 at age 94 at Norfolk Island^G.¹
     Dinah Amabella Quintal also went by the nick-name of Amy.² She was adopted by Jane McCoy and Henry Joshua Quintal. From 12 December 1878, her married name became Christian.¹ She was a general store owner.²
     Dinah was adopted soon after birth. She founded and operated 'Aunt Amy's Clothing Club', the Norfolk General Store, for many years.²

     Matthew Frederick Howard Christian was born on 27 January 1859 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ He was the son of Charles Christian and Charlotte Quintal.² He married Dinah Amabella Quintal, daughter of Nathaniel Quintal and Louisa Victoria Rose Quintal, on 12 December 1878 at Norfolk Island^G.² He died at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹
     He was fourth President of the Norfolk Executive Council between 1916 and 1919.²

     Charles Henry Christian was born on 9 December 1878 at Norfolk Island^G.² He was the son of Matthew Frederick Howard Christian and Dinah Amabella Quintal.^2,3 He died on 7 December 1879 at Norfolk Island^G.² He was buried on 8 December 1879 at Norfolk Island^G.³

     Hannah Maria Christian is the daughter of Matthew Frederick Howard Christian and Dinah Amabella Quintal.^1,2

     Abby Louisa Taber Quintal was born on 27 May 1846 at Pitcairn Island^G.² She was the daughter of William Quintal and Maria Christian.³ She married Nathaniel Quintal, son of Arthur Quintal and Mary Christian, on 1 March 1863 at Norfolk Island^G.³ She died on 1 September 1929 at age 83 at Norfolk Island^G.²
     Abby Louisa Taber Quintal also went by the nick-name of Taber.³

     George Washington Jenks Quintal was born on 10 March 1864 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ He was the son of Nathaniel Quintal and Abby Louisa Taber Quintal.¹ He married Alice Gertrude Christian, daughter of Isaac Christian and Miriam Young, on 30 January 1884 at Norfolk Island^G.² He died on 13 January 1912 at age 47 at Norfolk Island^G.¹

     Ada Ruth Quintal was born on 26 July 1865 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ She was the daughter of Nathaniel Quintal and Abby Louisa Taber Quintal.¹ She married Henry Colridge Quintal, son of Joseph Quintal and Martha Evans, on 3 April 1889 at Norfolk Island^G.² She died on 22 October 1945 at age 80 at Norfolk Island^G.¹
     She and Henry Colridge Quintal were adopted.

     Mary Amy Helen Quintal was born on 7 October 1867 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ She was the daughter of Nathaniel Quintal and Abby Louisa Taber Quintal.¹ She died on 11 October 1867 at Norfolk Island^G.¹

     William Nicholas Howland Quintal was born on 20 February 1869 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ He was the son of Nathaniel Quintal and Abby Louisa Taber Quintal.¹ He married Anna Maria Christian, daughter of Ephraim Christian and Pauline Adams, in November 1916 at Norfolk Island^G.² He died on 2 July 1918 at age 49 at Norfolk Island^G.¹

     Thomas Edward Biddlecombe Quintal was born on 24 December 1870 at Norfolk Island^G.¹ He was the son of Nathaniel Quintal and Abby Louisa Taber Quintal.¹ He married Margaret Jane Menzies, daughter of Henry Menzies and Nancy Jane Christian, in 1909 at Norfolk Island^G.² He died at Norfolk Island^G.¹ He was also reported to have died at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G.²
     Thomas Edward Biddlecombe Quintal also went by the nick-name of Tom Pert.² He adopted Charles Martin Quintal.
