     Emillia Stainforth was born on 2 September 1811 at Clapham, Surrey, England.2 She was the daughter of Richard Stainforth and Maria Baring.1,3 She married William Hughes Brabant, son of Robert Herbert Brabant and Elizabeth Hughes, on 16 June 1836 at Holy trinity, Clapham, Surrey, England.1,2 She died on 11 April 1884 at age 72 at Bath, Somerset, EnglandG.1
     From 16 June 1836, her married name became Brabant.3

     William Hughes Brabant was born on 3 May 1809 at Devizes, Wiltshire, England.2 He was the son of Robert Herbert Brabant and Elizabeth Hughes.1 He married Emillia Stainforth, daughter of Richard Stainforth and Maria Baring, on 16 June 1836 at Holy trinity, Clapham, Surrey, England.1,2 He died on 15 May 1867 at age 58 at Sloperton Cottage, Bromham, Surrey, England.1
     He was a solictor.1 He lived at Cannon Hall, Hampstead, London, EnglandG.1

     Herbert William Brabant was born on 19 March 1838 at Curzon Street, Mayfair, London, EnglandG.1 He was the son of William Hughes Brabant and Emillia Stainforth.1,2 He married Rosetta Johnston, daughter of William Johnston and Mereaina Te Rapopo, in 1868 at New ZealandG.2 He died on 25 May 1919 at age 81 at Lincoln Road, Napier, New ZealandG.2 He was buried at Old Cemetery, Napier, New ZealandG.2
     He was educated at Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.2 He emigrated to New ZealandG arriving on 1859 on board the Joseph Fletcher.2 He held the office of Judge of the Native Land Court of New Zealand.1 He lived in 1891 at St. John's, Wanganui, New ZealandG.1

     Rosetta Johnston was born in 1847 at Raoraokauere, Aotea, Raglan, New ZealandG.1 She was the daughter of William Johnston and Mereaina Te Rapopo.1 She married Herbert William Brabant, son of William Hughes Brabant and Emillia Stainforth, in 1868 at New ZealandG.1 She died on 1 March 1911 at Lighthouse Road, Napier, New ZealandG.1 She was buried at Old Cemetery, Napier, New ZealandG.1
     From 1868, her married name became Brabant.1
