Michael Rooker is an American actor.
Career
Rooker's very first role was as the lead in a movie about serial killer Henry Lee Lucas' confessions. It was titled Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer. The success of this movie helped Rooker achieve fame. He is known for some his roles in popular action thrillers like Cliffhanger. He was also in Jumper and Super. Rooker is perhaps most known for playing the role of Merle in the series The Walking Dead. He was also in Guardians of the Galaxy, and he did voice acting for the video game Call of Duty: Black Ops.
