Returns

If an item is found to have flaws/damages that are were not stated in the product description/photo then the buyer has the right to return the item and receive a full refund. We do not accept returns on items that don't fit the buyer - all description have accurate measurements & sizing so it's up to the buyer to choose items that suit them.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
