accessories industry looking for a positive person who is capable of picking and shipping
items. Training will be provided for our inventory management system and our customer
relationship management software.

What you'll be doing:
● Preparing items and products to be shipped
● Picking & Packing products for shipment
● Assembly of items as needed
● Processing orders
● Pulling materials
● Efficiently packing products and labeling them correctly
● Communicating with pickers/ shippers and drivers
● Communicating with sales representatives
● Moving heavy boxes
● Freight Experience a plus!

Requirements:
● Are you Superman? You will be lifting at least 50 lbs.
● Ability to stand for long periods of time, (10 hours).
● Ability to make a list and check it twice
● How is your driving record? You will be using a pallet jack and forklift regularly
● Computer savvy? A great bonus, but not required

chrome & accessories industry looking for a full-time entry-level Accounting Clerk. This
person will be responsible for data verification and entry, proofing, processing of
tracking information, and other clerical activities. This role requires attention to detail,
accuracy, and efficiency.

atmosphere within the office. We have kitchens and break rooms available at all times
and as you look around you won't be able to help but notice computer screens
everywhere and uniquely decorated workspaces. Everyone is fun, energetic and happy

Key Responsibilities:
● Review, validation, and entry of select data into various business systems
(NetSuite, Open Envoy, etc)
● Review of daily or periodic reports to identify missing fulfillment records
● Engage with vendors to collect shipment and/or fulfillment data
● Entering or extracting data from Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
● Review and verification of vendor statements and invoicing
● Engage with sales and/or customer service to support the above responsibilities

Qualifications:
● Data entry or accounting clerk experience
● Familiarity with the Windows operating system
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google
Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
● High School education or GED
● Accounts payable or other vendor relations experience (desirable, but not
required)

Systems:
Hands-on experience with data entry, Windows, and internet browsers. Prior
experience with NetSuite and/or Open Envoy is desirable, but not required.

Schedule: Full time M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm
