I tried it and the verdict is, it’s very much a no for me yall. 😭 While this method definitely helps with preserving your roots, the Bantu knots put bends + dents in my hair that drives me crazy & yall know I like my silk presses sleek and boneless. 🥹 plus I’m not willing to run my flat iron through my hair every time I leave the gym. So with that being said all tips and tricks considered, having your natural hair revert in the gym is unavoidable unless you don’t sweat at all.
