✅ some rehab work with exercise execution, 
✅ a little calorie deficit
 (breastfeeding moms not recommended) 
✅ daily movement (avoid sitting as much) 
✅ posture awareness 

Start with given exercises for 1-2 sets for 8-10 reps :
❗️new moms start once given go ahead by doc❗️
1️⃣ Diaphragmatic breathing 
2️⃣ Toe taps 
3️⃣ Glute Bridge 
4️⃣ Bird Dog 
5️⃣ Side plank
