A man has found a "handy" way to help measure things using just his finger – a tattoo of a ruler. Steffen Karlsen, 31, asked his partner Julie Strmsnes, 35, to design the quirky inking on his right index finger. After a little persuasion, tattoo artist Julie inked the design onto his finger. She created it by drawing 10 lines 1cm apart from each other. Steffen admits he "loves" his tattoo, and it's since been branded "genius" by some social media users.
