Construction cake i made for a heavy equipment operator on his 60th birthday

Construction theme Birthday cake.Semi-home made. Used a store bought Costco cake. Crumbled and grinded chocolate Oreos. Mini construction vehicles purchased at Toys R Us. Added some pieces from a favor bag purchased at Party City. Chocolate tools were a find at CVS and some Kit Kats. Construction ribbon came with gift wrap purchased on Amazon. To make the 3-cut out a 3 on wax paper and laid cookie down and removed the wax paper. Took off wax paper after I got it to the party location…

DIY your sheet cake for a construction themed birthday party. I got a sheet cake with green icing and Happy Birthday written on it, crumbled up some homemade fudge brownies and piled it on to look like dirt. Then after cleaning my sons toy trucks I put them right on the cake to dig some dirt!
