Here's a next-gen Cicero project I've worked on recently. It was very exciting to make a realistic version of this iconic character that I find very charismatic. The model is ready to be rigged and skinned, and has an inside mouth topology. Sculpting and haircards were made in Zbrush, retopology in Maya and 3ds Max, texturing in Substance Painter and baking / rendering in Marmoset Toolbag 3.

Not to be confused with Cicero Verus or Cicero Eudoxius. Cicero is an eccentric jester, and the Keeper of the Night Mother's coffin. He is found on the road north of Whiterun, near Loreius Farm, transporting the coffin of his "mother." After this encounter, he may be found within the Falkreath Sanctuary and later the Dawnstar Sanctuary, depending on the Dragonborn's progress through the Dark Brotherhood questline.
