Pour in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Toss the meat around until every piece is coated in seasoning. In a hot skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the meat piece by piece to prevent overcrowding the skillet.
