It gets it's name from the way it's put together, basically four strips of fabric in the shape of windmill sails and the sides of the sails are sewn together to form the bag. There is an inner and outer layer, both the same, so lots of colour on the inside too Considering it's such a mishmash, I think the colours and patterns sit really well together.
