SPIRIT Brunch
Your SPIRIT Mas experience begins with brunch at SPIRIT home base. We’ll eat, drink, and build the vibes before hitting the road, going non-stop till the very last song.

Lunch Park
After the Savannah stage crossing, we head to our rest stop for you to refuel with delicious food and enjoy refreshing drinks in a relaxing setting designed to help you recharge before we head back out on the road.

Mobile Hospital
We want to ensure SPIRIT masqueraders have an unforgettable and safe road experience, so our Revive your SPIRIT recovery team has partnered with Medical Associates to expand its services to include a full scale Emergency Response Team for Carnival 2025.
Savannah Huts
SPIRIT Mas has teamed up with Scotiabank to get you fully charged up at the Savannah. Refreshments will be available to all SPIRIT masqueraders from multiple vendors. Just look out for the branded banners to identify where you can fuel up before the stage crossing.
Road Safety Tips
Follow these tips from the experts to enhance your enjoyment, maximize your safety, and minimize the risk of injury.
Program and wear your RFID band all day on Carnival Monday and Tuesday to ensure you have access to all SPIRIT Mas amenities and activities. Walk with your SPIRIT cup on both days for easy drinks service.
Apply sunscreen before leaving home and pack a travel-size bottle to reapply throughout the day. Wear proper sunglasses and a hat to shield your eyes and face.
Drink water and juices often during the day to stay refreshed and energised. The mobile Revive Your SPIRIT team will have water and juice carts in the band for ease of access.
Avoid excessive alcohol consumption for a fun and safe experience.
Wear the right shoes that provide the support you need for two days on the road.
Use shoe inserts for extra comfort.
Stay in groups and use a "buddy" system to check in on your friends throughout the day.
Assign yourselves a mobile meeting point - a truck where you will regroup if anyone gets lost.
Seek medical assistance from the Medic in your section if you experience any ill feelings or injuries to ensure prompt assistance and care. They will be on the truck in clearly identifiable white t-shirts.
