It was outperforming human power or consistently producing techniques that were unstable with human power.

I understand what arcalena said about "Turbos allow accessibility for people who are unable to mash for whatever reason, such as a disability".

However, I believe that without the restrictions in the turbo rules, it would be a "tool-assisted speedrun".

If my record is exceeded by Turbo, I will never forgive it.

Hi Tateha, the mods and other runners have been discussing the next steps for reevaluating the rules surrounding turbo in the Discord server. You are more than welcome to take part in the conversation and express any concerns if you would like, as we want to reach a decision that accounts for all the active runners' opinions.

It is likely that a decision will be made soon, especially with the 1-year anniversary of the leaderboards (and game) around the corner. Thank you for your understanding and for raising this concern!
