We felt that the "Unrestricted" category's current rules were too loose. So, we have new rules implemented. Note that these only apply to top runs in Unrestricted. Thresholds will be specified depending on the category you're submitting to.

• ALL Top runs require a taskbar to be shown

• Top Unrestricted runs require a video framerate of at least 30 FPS

• Top Restricted runs require a video framerate of at least 15 FPS
