Play’n GO expands BetMGM collaboration; part of wider US plan

Playn GO Expands BetMGM Collaboration Part Of Wider US Plan

Leading iGaming content supplier Play’n GO has deepened its partnership with BetMGM by confirming details of its expansion into Pennsylvania.

A pre-existing place has been in place between Play’n GO and gambling behemoth BetMGM since October 2022, and the contours of the new deal will see Play’n GO roll out its content to BetMGM’s Pennsylvania players.

Indeed, Pennsylvania gamblers will now be able to tap into hundreds of slots from Play’n GO, and that includes the instant hit Piggy Blitz which enjoyed an exclusive release towards the back end of last year.

Discussing the implications of the deal, Oliver Bartlett, vice president of gaming product and content at BetMGM, said: “Partnering with prestigious providers like Play’n GO is a priority for BetMGM.

“We are excited to bring their content to Pennsylvania and if other states are any indication, it will be a big success. Titles such as Piggy Blitz are among the top performers.”

The deal marks the fourth state that Play’n GO and BetMGM will now operate in, with their partnership already proven stunningly successful in Michigan, New Jersey, and West Virginia.

And Play’n GO’s chief commercial officer Magnus Olsson insists the company has ambitions to be regulated in every market in the US.

He said: “We’re pleased to expand our partnership with BetMGM into a fourth state and look forward to continued success together.

“We have always been committed to a safe, regulation-led industry to secure a sustainable future for us all. BetMGM shares our vision, and so are a perfect partner for us.”

Currently, Play’n GO is licensed in six US online casinos, and the deal with BetMGM follows hot on the heels of their partnership with BetRivers in Pennsylvania.

Play’n GO boasts over 300 titles in its ever-growing catalog of games, and Pennsylvania has been targeted as a key space to permeate its influence.

And as things have shown, Play’n GO’s collaboration with BetMGM has been rather fruitful. But Pennsylvania is just another step in what is likely to be the continuation of a successful journey.
