Aristocrat Merges Anaxi and NeoGames Arms Under Corporate Restructuring
Aristocrat has announced a significant restructuring of its operations by combining Anaxi and NeoGames into a newly formed business entity called Aristocrat Interactive.
This move, revealed during an investor presentation this week, signifies a strategic shift to consolidate and streamline their interactive and real-money gambling (RMG) offerings under a single brand.
Effective immediately, all operations previously under the Anaxi branding and those comprising Neo Group Ltd, which includes NeoGames, Aspire Global, BtoBet, and Pariplay, will now operate under Aristocrat Interactive.
This transition is part of Aristocrat’s broader strategy to enhance its market presence and operational efficiency in the interactive gaming sector. In line with this restructuring, a new website for Aristocrat Interactive will be launched on September 1.
Aristocrat Interactive will encompass a wide range of RMG offerings, with a particular focus on providing casino gaming systems for land-based casinos. Neil Crossan will spearhead this segment, bringing his expertise to lead the casino gaming systems division.
The interactive business will be organized into several key departments, each led by a managing director with specific expertise in their respective areas.
Chris Shaban will head the iLottery department, Adrien Bailey will lead the Content and Aggregation division, Dima Reiderman will oversee Igaming and Sports, and Jonathan Chilton will manage the White-label Product segment.
These leaders are tasked with driving innovation and excellence within their departments, ensuring Aristocrat Interactive delivers top-tier solutions to its clients.
