• Age Restriction: Over 18s only.
• Alcohol: Know your limits. Anyone underage or overly intoxicated will be refused entry or ejected from the event.
• Arrive early: Get here in plenty time to queue, be searched and enter in time to enjoy the show.
• Bags: Please do not bring large bags. Bags over A3 size will not be allowed into the event.
• Challenge 25: If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove you are aged 18 or over when you buy alcohol.
• Drink responsibly: It is an offence for under 18s to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol. It is a criminal offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for someone who is under the age of 18.
• Hydrate: Water points will be available at bars within the venue.
• ID: The only 2 forms of ID we accept to prove your age are a valid photo driving licence or a valid photo passport.
• Smoking/Vaping: There is a strict no smoking or vaping policy within the OVO Hydro. For those who wish to smoke, designated smoking shelters are located outside the venue. Remember to present your ticket for scanning when leaving/re-entering and make use of Ticketmaster Ticket Transfer. Send tickets directly from your Ticketmaster account to your group. • Welfare: If you feel unwell or unsafe please speak to a steward. The stewarding, medical and welfare teams on duty are there to help.

Our designated Drop-off/Pick-up zone is located at the west of the SEC Centre. It’s a free, manned service specifically for dropping off and picking up. We offer customers a flexible 30-minute stay, allowing you plenty of time to accompany friends/family to and from an event. The service is in close proximity to a range of on-site facilities - Toilets, baby changing, ATM cash machines, Shop, Box office, and Clydebuilt Restaurant.

Take advantage of the safe, covered walking route through SEC Centre, taking approx. 3 minutes to reach the OVO Hydro. Or use our complimentary accessible shuttle service (better known as Gus the Bus), dropping off within 130m of the OVO Hydro south main entrance.
