If you’re trying to find out what setup XQC uses during his live streams; then you’ve come to the right place.
Félix Lengyel aka “XQC” is a Canadian Twitch streamer and former Overwatch esports pro.
XQC rose to fame during his time with Dallas Fuel in the Overwatch League’s inaugural season (2018), as well as playing for Team Canada in the Overwatch World Cup (2017 to 2019); however, it wasn’t until he fully transitioned to streaming that his popularity exploded.
As a full-time streamer, XQC could finally unleash his crazy energy and controversial side, which he struggled to suppress during those pivotal years.
Ultimately, this led him to become the most watched streamer on Twitch. Here you can catch him doing commentaries and “chasing the juice” – all with the help of his trusty hardware below.

What setup does XQC use?
What Monitor does XQC use?
XQC uses the ROG SWIFT PG259QN. This 24.5-inch, Full-HD gaming monitor is perfect for esports and fast-paced action games. Featuring a 1ms response IPS panel that runs at 360 Hz, it delivers XQC silky smooth visuals and phenomenal motion tracking.
The display is factory-tuned for color accuracy out of the box. As for the total sRGB color space, this sits at 96.8%, which is only a little shy of 100%. Moreover, with 400-peak cd/㎡ in SDR mode, there’s more than enough nits for when XQC wants to game with bright lights on.
Supporting the screen is a sturdy ergonomic stand with a sleek twisted design. To ensure a comfortable viewing experience, it allows for tilt, swivel, pivot, and height adjustment. It’s also VESA wall-mountable. That’s going to come in useful if XQC decides he wants to save space on his messy desktop.
What Mouse does XQC use?
XQC uses a magenta G Pro X Superlight. Engineered in collaboration with some of the leading names in esports, the Superlight is one of the fastest and most reliable mice on the market. It comes equipped with a sub-micron Hero 25K sensor to provide exceptional accuracy and precision.
At just 63 grams, the Superlight weighs significantly less than the standard 110g mouse. The weight reduction enhances maneuverability and makes it effortless to flick and glide around. Straight away, you will appreciate the difference, especially if you’re an FPS gamer like XQC.
LIGHTSPEED wireless technology is another big benefit of this mouse. By using a 2.4 GHz receiver, the G Pro X Superlight overcomes the traditional limitations of wireless latency, connectivity, and power. Instead, it delivers a strong, ultra-fast 1-millisecond report rate connection.
What Keyboard Does XQC Use?
XQC uses a SteelSeries Apex Pro TKL. This premium tenkeyless keyboard stands out for its compact design and innovative OmniPoint mechanical switches. Unlike conventional switches, OmniPoints allow XQC to tweak the actuation point anywhere from 0.4 to 3.6 millimeters.
To control the actuation point of the adjustable switches (and RGB backlighting, volume, etc.), the Apex Pro TKL integrates a multimedia scroll wheel and an OLED smart display above the Numpad. As a result, XQC has no problems fine-tuning his settings, depending on the game he wants to play.
When it comes to gaming keyboards, comfort is a top priority. Fortunately, the Apex Pro TKL includes a soft magnetic wrist rest in the deal, which provides full palm support. Additionally, the pop-up feet on the back of the board allow him to find his ideal typing angle.
What Headset does XQC use?
XQC wears the HyperX Cloud Pro. Designed to meet the demands of serious gamers, this ultra-comfortable gaming headset weighs just 0.66 lbs. and is capable of producing truly amazing sound. Thanks to the signature HyperX aluminum frame, they also look pretty stylish, too!
To achieve their comfort, the HyperX Cloud Pro offers excellent weight distribution and a light clamping force. Moreover, the headband uses a breathable leatherette padding and the ear cushions use 100% memory foam. As a result, XQC has no issues wearing this headset all day long.
Of course, the audio quality is another big selling point of the HyperX Cloud Pro. Equipped with specially tuned 53mm drivers, the sound is rich, impactful, and clear. XQC likes that the bass is deep but not too boomy and that the higher pitches are clean for pinpointing opponents.
What Mic does XQC use?
XQC uses a Shure SM7B. This cardioid studio microphone is beloved by podcasters for its reliable performance, top-grade construction, and noise attenuating technology. In particular, it’s renowned for its uniform frequency response with minimal low-frequency electronic hums.
The high-end noise attenuation technology is a key feature of this microphone. By limiting any external noises that reduce the overall quality, it manages to preserve the natural beauty of the sound it captures. As a result, users of the SM7B have a very distinct and recognizable sound.
Although its price is quite steep compared to other microphones out there, the premium build is likely to last a lifetime. Moreover, the deal includes a pop filter and a windscreen. This reduced the number of complementary components XQC had to buy for his streaming setup.
What Microphone Arm does XQC use?
XQC uses the RODE PSA1 Swivel. This professional studio boom arm is a favorite in the streaming community. It benefits from a spring-loaded, parallelogram design that provides smooth and flexible positioning. As a result, XQC can maintain a natural posture when speaking into his microphone.
The solid, two-section structure is strong enough to support the heaviest of mics, up to 1.1kg (2.4lb). Due to the Shure SM7B only weighing 1.69 lbs., XQC knows he’s well within the manufacturer’s guidelines. Furthermore, the 2.2-inch clamp means he has plenty of depth to mount it on his desk.
XQC isn’t well known for having the tidiest setup, but the RODE PSA1 helps him out with cable management. The arm itself has cable guides at the joints that help keep the mic cable in place. Additionally, the package comes with three Velcro ties so he can secure the cables to the structure.
What Webcam does XCQ use?
XQC uses the Logitech Brio. This ultra-high-definition webcam delivers outstanding 4K resolutions at 30fps or a smooth 1080p at 60fps. Moreover, it features a five x digital zoom lens, low-light HDR performance, and native software so XQC can always look his best.
Low-quality footage is an instant turn-off for viewers, which is why a decent webcam is fundamental for a streamer. Besides capturing crystal-clear video at high frame rates, it needs to function without any distortion or lag. Fortunately, the Logitech Brio has the specs and software to do just that.
The Brio software includes “RightSence” and “Rightlight” technology. “RightSense” automatically adjusts the zoom of the camera allowing XQC to move around his setup freely. “Rightlight” however, automatically optimizes the light balance to reduce any video noise.
What Mixer does XQC Use?
XQC uses a YAMAHA MG10XU. This 10-Input stereo mixer provides high-end, studio-quality sound as well as precise control and enhancement. Equipped with Yamaha’s D-PRE preamps, it delivers up to 64 dB of gain for dynamic mics as well as 48V of phantom power for condenser mics.
The interface offers four combo XLR inputs along with three stereo line inputs. However, for XQCs needs, he only requires one. Each of the four hybrid XLR channels includes 3-band EQ and benefit from a dedicated effects knob. Due to this, XQC has full control over his audio volume.
Unlike some other compact mixers on the market, the MG10XU features a bi-directional stereo USB input. This allows Twitch streamers to connect it directly to a PC using just a USB cable. XQC also likes that it features a line-in/ out, too, just in case he ever wants to use it for a dual PC setup.
What Chair does XQC use?
XQC uses a Steelcase Leap V2. This contemporary office chair was built to incorporate the most ergonomic and comfortable features in seating technology. These features include a patented back that changes shape to support the entire spine as well as an adjustable lumbar and armrests.
In addition to fantastic adjustability, the Leap V2 excels in its use of quality materials. Both the seat and backrest use a strong yet pliable foam (with adaptive bolstering), allowing it to conform to the shape of the body. A flexible seat edge also helps relieve pressure points under XQC’s thighs.
This chair has been a part of XQC’s setups for quite some time now. Although the teal color cushions are starting to fade, the comfort and adjustability still allow him to regularly clock in 9+ hour streams. Despite this, it’s unlikely that he’s going to replace it anytime soon.
What Mousepad does XQC use?
XQC uses the Logitech G640 mouse pad. This 0.12-inch thick, rubber-cloth pad is widely popular amongst esports pros. Not only is the large textile surface optimized for Logitech sensors but it’s also substantially bigger than other cloth pads on the market.
The G640 is a perfect middle ground pad. It’s smooth, comfortable, and the anti-friction surface ensures great overall control. For this reason, XQC can pull off pixel-precise cursor placements and make low-DPI maneuvers when starting or stopping a rapid movement.
Low-DPI maneuvers wouldn’t be possible on a small pad, either. Thankfully, the Logitech G640 has an extended 15.75 in x 18.11-inch surface area. While it might not cover his full desktop, XQC has more than enough space for making large sweeping arm movements on this mouse pad.
What Motherboard does XQC use?
XQC uses the ROG X570 Crosshair VIII Formula. This ATX gaming motherboard is a well-rounded enthusiast-class board with a comprehensive thermal design and robust power delivery. Equipped with an AM4 socket, it provides the perfect pairing for third-gen AMD processors.
The VIII Formulas VRM is comprised of a teamed 14+2 phase configuration. Each of the MOSFETs can handle sixty amps. Moreover, accompanying these are two high-permeability alloy-core chokes, individually rated to handle 45 amps. This equates to a maximum 105W TDP.
With this motherboard in his setup, XQC can confidentially overclock his Ryzen 9 5950x AMD processor to squeeze out every last drop of performance. Furthermore, thanks to the integrated cross Chill EK III water block, he won’t have to worry about cooling it either.
What Processor does XQC use?
XQC uses an AMD Ryzen 9 5950X processor in his setup. A Twitch streamer can’t succeed without a monstrous CPU that packs plenty of power. That’s where this 16-core, 32-thread beauty comes into play. It boasts a base clock speed of 3.4 GHz and a max-rated speed of 4.9 GHz.
Having so many cores and threads available for various processes makes the 5950X perfect for streamers who frequently run software alongside their games. By leveraging a whole bunch of cores, the integrated hyper-threading system boosts XQCs’ overall performance.
Impressively, it manages these high clock speeds without thermal throttling either. Equipped with an integrated heat spreader, the AMD Ryzen 9 5950X never gets too hot. Keeping the TDP rating at just 105W, XQC can easily run this processor with even some of the more affordable coolers.
What Graphics Card does XQC use?
XQC uses the ASUS ROG RTX 3090 OC Edition. Thanks to its buffed-up design with chart-topping thermal performance, this is one of the highest-performing graphics cards today. In terms of specs, it features 10496 CUDA cores, 24 GB of G6X memory, and DLSS 8K mode.
The NVIDIA Ampere architecture is the largest 7-nanometer (nm) chip ever, capable of running gameplay resolutions up to 8K@60fps HDR. When working in tandem with the innovative AI and Ray Tracing (RTX) technology, XQC can attain the highest levels of realism.
Overheating is a top priority for all-powerful consumer graphics cards, especially an overclock RTX 3090 edition. To solve this, it accommodates a 360mm hybrid cooling system with three PWM cooling fans and a heat sink for some of the lowest temperatures possible.
What RAM does XQC use?
XQC uses 16 GB (2 x 8 GB sticks) of Corsair Vengeance LPX. This DDR4, (3200 MHz) RAM is capable of blistering 4000 MHz speeds. It allows XQC’s system to access short-term memory data far more quickly, leading to faster loading times and an increase in overall performance.
The Corsair Vengeance LPX is a popular choice for many streamers, not just XQC. Besides being fast, it has a low-profile design, it’s affordable, and it looks decent. Moreover, due to Corsair taking care of the manufacturing process, it’s one of the more reputable RAM sticks on the market.
The pure aluminum heat spreader may not be the tallest, but the VENGEANCE LPX is still suitable for overclocking. With XMP 2.0 support, this is not a difficult task either. Even a spaz like XQC can exploit the potential of these modules in his setup, with just a single click!
What Case does XQC use?
XQC uses a Thermaltake View 71. This elegantly designed chassis features unrivaled cooling support and four 5mm thick tempered glass panels for an exceptional interior view. Each of the panels have proper spacing for optimal airflow, are detachable, and swing right open for easy access.
The enlarged windows enable XQC to display and admire his components in full glory. This includes the three preinstalled 140mm Riing RGB fans and all of his water cooling gear. Although XQC chooses to tuck his rig under the desk in his new setup, it still looks pretty magical from under there.
Like most Thermaltake cases, the View 71 has a dismountable modular design. Modular drive cages, panels, racks, and brackets are a feature for when XQC wants to build freely. Not only do they allow for easy installation/ removal but they also maximize the interior space for building custom loops.
How much is XQC setup worth?
XQC setup is worth an estimated $10,000. The most expensive pieces of hardware in his setup include his ASUS ROG X570 Crosshair VIII Formula motherboard, ASUS ROG RTX 3090 OC Edition GPU, and Steelcase Leap V2 chair. These three items alone retail just shy of $4000.
