STRENGTHS: Price: The products produced by the RIBCO are priced reasonably and according to the quality. Quality: Ribco produces best quality at the lowest rate to cater the basic needs of Potential customers.
WEAKNESS: High cost : The process is fully automated hence the machine required to perform the task are costly, in turn takes long time to recover the amount invested as fixed cost.
Transportation: Getting the raw material is more costly. As the supplier is located far away, this in turn increases the transportation cost.
