     Dedicated SPOC and team to be aligned with each TA SPOC. Ability to scale team on demand.
    • Tapping regional talent pool:
     Strong PAN India regional presence which provides edge in regional hiring especially in South India.
     Ability to target regional talent pool through targeted social media ads.
     Have been able to hire regional talent with great success for clients like HDFC Bank, Dr Reddy’s and TVS Motors
    • Flexibility and scalability: xx% of 120 strong workforce flexible. Able to support in strong volumes on short notice.
    • Organised candidate communication and followup process to ensure good turnup ratio for drives
    • Scarce diversity talent pool for HO roles: Have been able to tap college alum networks and groups to fill critical positions
