    OPERATOR OJT PROGRAM

    THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

    • Provide essential knowledge and skills to new KJO operators for


    safe and efficient operations in current and under commissioning
    plants.

    • Train operators for the sour and risky crude operation, such as the
    HOUT oilfield.

    • Implement an ongoing On-the-Job Training (OJT) program for


    continuous skills enhancement.

    • The program Designed to be 70% hands-on training, focusing on


    skills development, and 30% theoretical to enhance knowledge

    SPSP TRAINING PROPOSAL

    The OJT courses have been specifically developed to meet the


    needs of operators at Three different levels:
    ▰ Entry-level learners: This category is for new operators who
    have successfully completed a bridging program.
    ▰ Intermediate level: Aimed at individuals who want to
    improve their existing skills.
    ▰ Advanced level or refresher courses: For individuals who wish
    to further enhance their skills and knowledge.
